Well it's been over a week so i think I can share the news now that things have calmed down a bit. Last Tuesday Vans laid off 10 more employees, and Jason wasn't one of the lucky ones this time! So since last week Jason has been searching for a new job and luckily he does have some options. We didn't think anyone would be hiring, but I think we are both surprised at who still is. so he has some job interviews lined up and he has been up at 8 everyday working away, and doesn't stop til we go to bed at 10 in the evening. I am so glad I have such a determined husband, He is so willing to work his butt off to help provide for our family. I have clients who's husbands got laid off and they just sit around milking their unemployment, and not looking for new work! that is completely opposite than Jason, and I am so thankful! Also our new ward has been so supportive and everyone who we talk to is willing to help in whatever way they can! We feel so blessed to have such a great support system! :)
We started our first Lamaze class on Monday. it was very reassuring to go learn a lot of things I didn't know about. I don't think I have ever been in the room with anyone giving birth so this whole labor thing is so so New to me! (and I thought I knew everything!) One of my biggest fears in life has been giving birth! I know people do it everyday but I just don't want to do it! can i just skip all the laboring and just have my baby, please????

Well I'm thankful for this class we are taking, it's been so informative, and it's good for Jason to see too, cause he keeps acting like birth is not a big deal!(BS! I wish he could experience it!)
Sorry you two are going threw hard times right now. What good timing with baby on the way. I'm sure everything will turn out okay. Your so lucky to have someone like Jason. :) Your in our prayers.
ReplyDeleteI thought the labor was the easiest part! The drugs make it so nice!
