Grandma Dia visits

Jason's mom came to visit us this Past week.  We really enjoy having her here when she comes.  This time I felt like she was taking care of us, more than she was relaxing and being able to vacation,  but she says she likes that, and I guess that's what parents do, right??

Kailah really warmed up to Grandma Dia, and Kailah loved all the attention she was getting, so much that now that grandma is gone, Kailah wants my attention every second I feel like.
Every thursday is Beach Day for a lot of people in our community and church, so we spent thursday at the Beach.  Kailah really loves the sand and water and all the little kids and their toys. :)

These glasses Kailah got for her birthday crack me up!  I'm surprised how long she kept them on for too.
Dianna has been documenting Winky (kailah's stuffed lamb, that all the grandkids have.) while she has been out here.

We went running one morning. It was fun to go with Dianna, I love waking up and running with the nice cool breeze in the morning, and it's always so motivating when there is someone to go with.

We spent lots of time cooking and I think I have figured out how to use some of the vegetables that I wouldn't normally eat, but now I can, cause I know what to do with them.   We also made really yummy sandwiches that taste gourmet. I think having a great tasting sandwich meat is key when it comes to yummy sandwiches.
